Q: How can one control their anger and become calm in the face relentless harshness towards them?

🌹May Allah help and grant you and us every success in this challenging field of jihad with ones own self.
⛈ In Turbulences
🌹Recite salawaats
🌹 Walk away
🌹 Stand if sitting
🌹 Sit if standing
🌹 Drink some water
🌹 Offer him some water
🌹 Give no room to any thoughts inviting you to leave home.
🌹 You will be tempted to reply, to raise your voice, to shout back but do not reply.
🌹Breaking a relationship is never an option.
🌹Be very patient.
🌹Be very tolerant.
👆Above mentioned tips are easy to mention but very very difficult to practice.
📍If applied and observed you will see wonders. Amazing effects will be seen that otherwise you will never witness.
📍You can apply a little penalty on yourself by reciting 114 salawaats or some prayers or by paying some sadaqa as an atonement for losing your temper.
📍If we have that sincere intent that we want to adopt this beautiful trait of tolerance & patience, outlets will be formed in an amazing way.
